The heat abuse test chamber is based on the requirements of the test standards such as UL1642 and IEC62133. After the battery is fully charged, the battery is placed in the test chamber. The test chamber is heated at a temperature rise rate of (5 ± 2) ° C / min, and the temperature is constant after the temperature in the chamber reaches 130 ° C ± 2 ° C for 30 min. The battery should not ignite and not explode.

l The front door of the test box is reinforced. The left side of the door is equipped with an exposed hinge. The right side is equipped with a strong door lock. The door is effectively sealed. The hinges and locks are made of standard equipment for strengthening equipment.
