50kN High Frequency Vibration Test System 

50kN high frequency vibration Test System  composed of vibration shaker , power amplifier, horizontal slip table, head extender table, vibration controller, accelerometer, etc., can be divided into two types:   air-cooled type and water-cooled type . It is a necessary test equipemnt  for design, development, production, quality control and quality assurance of modern products. It is different from ordinary vibration test  table. The electrodynamic vibration shaker  is mainly for high frequency, large displacement and large tonnage direction. At the same time, the 50kN  high frequency  vibration table has the advantages of broad vibration response frequency, high control precision, simulation of various waveforms and specifications, easy control, good expansion performance and easy maintenance.

System Performance

◎ First-order Resonance Frequency is High and the Frequency Band is Wide

The optimized moving coil skeletal structure design, especially the weak structure of the moving structure skeletal gusset of the traditional structure, is designed to enhance the transmission stiffness; the composite fixed winding  ring and the winding are combined by imported glue and screws. The wire loop enhances the  hole structure  and enhances the stiffness of the winding. Significantly improved the first-order common vibration frequency of  the moving coil, exceeding the international similar products.

◎ High Reliablility of Moving coil Winding 

The new structure and  technology of the original moving coil winding reinforcement ring significantly improve  the vibration resistance reliability of the moving coil winding during high thrust, high acceleration vibration, impact  and high temperature work environment.

◎ High Efficiency of Air Cooling System 

Innovative design of electro-dynamic shaker's air duct design: improved air intake structure, upper magnetic ring replaces circular  hole type air inlet by long groove type air inlet; field coil adopts honeycomb air duct and middle magnetic ring adopts double air flow type airduct . The  lower magnetic ring adopt a new structure of wedge-shaped air duct, which significantly improves the cooling effect.

◎ Cooling Fan

The cooling fan has a unique air duct design, and the fan has good cooling effect and low noise.

◎Horizontal Vibration and Vertical Vibration Test

The electrro-dynamic shaker with slip table can be used for horizontal and vertical vibration tests. The switching between  the veritical vibration and horizental vibration is simple and convenient .
