50kN High Frequency Vibration Test System
50kN high frequency vibration Test System composed of vibration shaker , power amplifier, horizontal slip table, head extender table, vibration controller, accelerometer, etc., can be divided into two types: air-cooled type and water-cooled type . It is a necessary test equipemnt for design, development, production, quality control and quality assurance of modern products. It is different from ordinary vibration test table. The electrodynamic vibration shaker is mainly for high frequency, large displacement and large tonnage direction. The optimized moving coil skeletal structure design, especially the weak structure of the moving structure skeletal gusset of the traditional structure, is designed to enhance the transmission stiffness; the composite fixed winding ring and the winding are combined by imported glue and screws. The wire loop enhances the hole structure and enhances the stiffness of the winding. Significantly improved the first-order common vibration frequency of the moving coil, exceeding the international similar products.

Innovative design of electro-dynamic shaker's air duct design: improved air intake structure, upper magnetic ring replaces circular hole type air inlet by long groove type air inlet; field coil adopts honeycomb air duct and middle magnetic ring adopts double air flow type airduct . The lower magnetic ring adopt a new structure of wedge-shaped air duct, which significantly improves the cooling effect.
